Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIVisible, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

AIVisible is a B2B SaaS platform that monitors how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) recommend businesses. The service provides:

  • Weekly AI visibility audits
  • Coverage reports and analytics
  • Citation opportunity tracking
  • Actionable optimization recommendations

Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Payment Terms

Paid plans (Pro, Teams) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on:

  • Number of projects tracked
  • Number of prompts per project
  • AI-generated content requests
  • API calls (Teams plan only)

Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or require an upgrade.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, harass, or harm another person or entity
  • Use the service to transmit malware or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Scrape or crawl the service
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Use the service to compete with AIVisible
  • Share your account credentials with others

Data Accuracy

AIVisible monitors AI assistants to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of audit results
  • That AI assistants will always respond consistently
  • That implementing our recommendations will improve your AI visibility

AI assistant behavior is outside our control and may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data. By using AIVisible, you grant us permission to:

  • Store and process your data to provide the service
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvements

AIVisible and all associated branding, code, and design are our intellectual property.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Limitation of Liability

AIVisible is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
