AI visibility is how often your business is one of those suggestions. It’s different from traditional search: we focus on how AI answers real buyer questions, not on ranking for keywords.

What prompts are

We use a set of questions that mirror what your customers might ask — for example, “Who do you recommend for [your service] in [your area]?” We call each of these questions a “prompt.” We run these prompts through several AI assistants and record whether your business (or someone else’s) gets recommended. That’s how we measure your visibility.

Why third-party sites matter

AI assistants often learn from the same sites people use to find businesses — review sites, directories, and trusted publications. When we show you “sites AI engines rely on,” we’re showing you where AI is getting its information. Building a strong presence on those sites helps AI assistants understand and recommend your business.
